Family Law

Few areas of the law have so much potential for long term impact and personal tribulation as does Family Law.  Because there are often children and other family members involved in the outcome, many of whom have no say in what is happening, the advice of an attorney is very important.

When children are involved in a marriage or divorce, there are very often issues of custody and visitation to be addressed. When there are substantial assets being brought to the relationship by one or both parties they frequently need to be protected in some fashion. In any of these situations, without an attorney working with you, you may well overlook some very important details which may lead to unexpected or strange consequences in the future.
